Organic chocolate chunk banana bread using an entire bar of green & blacks – why the heck not and welcome home, Dave!
We used all organic ingredients, left out the walnuts and substituted choc chips for a chopped Green&Black’s milk bar. Also forgot to add the salt and it was still totally delicious!

I can’t stop drooling. I love the picture of the empty baking pans and wish I gotten to help devour that bread. I can practically smell the sweet banana and chocolate aromas coming though the computer.

Well, I must say firstly that Green & Blacks chocolate is my favorite and I would never have thought of using it in banana bread… I tried your recipe and FINALLY the great taste of REAL chocolate (sorry Hershey’s but those morsels ain’t cutting it) comes through. It is such a great compliment to the banana. Thank you – what a great idea. This recipe makes fantastic banana bread!
