Maryland oyster roast

What better way to celebrate a New Orleans Native’s 75th than with a delicious oyster roast, slightly updated with a savory recipe using seasoned, herbed garlic butter with a dash of Tabasco. The corn bread and okra kept with the Southern influence, the grilled soft shells gave things the perfect local flavor and the 2004 Batard-Montrachet, Étienne Sauzet was the perfect accompaniment – completely delicious! Thank you, dear Steve! And beloved Wright, happiest of happys to you!
