Lazagna to impress your guests

For those of you whose personalities are more entertaining than your kitchen skills, Zahra Tangorra of the rustic Italian restaurant, Brucie in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn will bake a delicious mushroom and goat cheese or eggplant with Swiss chard lasagna right in your own 9” x 14” baking pan.  A gourmet delight which you can bring home,  don a sultry apron and pull out of the oven as if it were your very own in front of fortunate and unwitting dinner guests. Wink, wink.
